One morning I went out for a walk eines Morgens
My heart was well stored in my breast mein Herz
Alle Organe am rechten Platz in my lovely body ciao bella!
Walking like a woman and talking like a man

Und so trat ich auf: Marlene-Hose, Coco-Jäckchen und darunter ein Top aus
Guipure-Spitze che bello so trat ich auf ihn zu was I Glen or Glenda

und er sagte zu mir, ich hätte ein Herz aus Acetat che dice? was für ein Narr/ che buffone ich erzähle nur was wahr ist che cosa? ich erzähle nur weiter

I said to him:
Jag talar svenska med Olof
Parlo italiano con Francesca
I say hallo to John

det var på Kungsgatan I said jag älskar dig quasi una follia oh, yes
talking like a woman and walking like a man

und was sagte ich, na und:
ich sagte ja and yes I said

Ich hänge mein rotes Kleid an die Leine.
Ich hänge meine Hosen in den Wind.
I Stockholm hängde jag mina byxor på tvättsträcket.
A Roma ho steso il mio vestito nel vento.

Mein Kleid hängt dort.

Di mattina es war mitten auf der Straße, ich in meiner Marlene-Hose,
schwarz, das Coco-Jäckchen, schwarz, darunter das Top aus weißer Spitze
