Mistrust, collaboration, refusal and rebellion: In the GDR, nothing was as secret and as serious as the workings of the State Security. The documentary music theatre piece "Volk unter Verdacht" by director Ulrike Ruf and composer Iris ter Schiphorst examines the GDR apparatus using original documents from the archives of the Stasi Records Office (BStU).
